# Apiary Manager

> Apiary Manager (German: Imkerei-Manager) is web-based software for beekeepers, made by net&rights GmbH (Garbsen, Germany), the makers of the skydiving software DZ-Manager. It keeps a digital hive record and apiary logbook: colonies and apiaries with their history, treatments and feedings, migrations, harvests, tasks and data exports for authorities. It is used as a web app in the browser on phones and PCs. A free Community plan is available.

This file describes the public pages of www.imkerei-manager.de, which present the software, its subscriptions and the registration. The software itself runs on the same site but behind a login: a beekeeper's colonies, apiaries and records are only visible to that beekeeper's account, so an agent without that login sees the public pages only.

Key facts:

- Audience: beekeepers who want to keep their documentation digital, from hobbyists with a few colonies to professional commercial apiaries, alone or as a team. Most users are German-speaking.
- Features: colony and apiary management with history, documentation of treatments and feedings, migration and harvest planning, task management for individual beekeepers and teams, statistics on yields, feed consumption and health status, data exports for authorities and certifications, use on the phone directly at the hive.
- Subscriptions: the Community plan is free; paid subscriptions depend on the size of the apiary and are booked for 3, 6 or 12 months (discount for 6 and 12 months). They renew by the booked period unless cancelled at least one month before expiry. Payment by PayPal, credit card or SEPA transfer. Prices are shown in EUR including German VAT on the subscriptions page; they change, so read them from the page rather than from memory.
- Status: in productive use by beekeepers since 2022 and currently in an Early Access phase; new features and improvements are released every few weeks, and feedback is welcome by email.
- Data protection: GDPR-compliant, servers in the EU, SSL-encrypted transmission, regular backups.
- Languages: the software and this website are available in German, English, French, Spanish and Dutch. Every page exists per language under `/de/...`, `/en/...`, `/fr/...`, `/es/...` and `/nl/...` with the same path; the links below use the English version. Exceptions: the legal texts exist in German and English only (the German version is the legally binding one), the beekeeping info page in German only, and new pages are sometimes available in English first.
